Above is in swedish, but Aftonbladet, Swedens largest newspaper, made an online survey about how many Xbox that had been returned. Over 50 000 people answered and the result was 44%
"44 procent av 50 000 personer"
We recently had a discussion about this when Smarthouse published the 30% figure. MS has now lengthened their warranty to three years for every Xbox all over the world - something that will probably cost them something around $1B (small change for MS of course, but still).
Last time we had this up, I said that my Xbox had never had any problems and I was very satisfied with it. About a week later, I got the red ring of death me too! D'oh!
I'll bring it in to take advantage of the warranty soon enough. |
